Who this policy covers
This is the privacy policy for MoreQualified.care. We book qualified, private-pay care appointments for home care agencies on a Pay-Per-Show basis. This policy covers what we collect from agency owners and their staff on this website, through our ads and forms on Facebook and Instagram, and when you call, text or email with us.
What we collect
When you use the qualifier on this site we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the counties and states you serve, and your answers to the qualifying questions. If you stop partway, the steps you completed are saved so we can see where the qualifier loses people.
We also collect standard technical information such as your IP address, the approximate location it resolves to, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here, through cookies and similar technologies including advertising pixels.
How we use it
- To review whether your area and agency are a fit for Pay-Per-Show appointments and to contact you about it.
- To schedule and prepare for the call you book with us.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website.
- To keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations.
Calls, texts and email
We contact you about your application using the details you gave us. If we text you, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and our business (for example hosting, scheduling, CRM, and advertising platforms), and when required by law. Today those providers include Cloudflare for hosting and the application form, Google for the spreadsheet your application is stored in, Microsoft for Clarity, and Meta for advertising measurement.
Advertising and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel, and may use similar tools from Google, to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. The pixel tells Meta which pages were viewed and when an application was submitted. When an application is submitted we also confirm it to Meta from our server, with your email address and phone number converted into a hash that Meta can only match to an account it already has, along with your IP address and browser type. We do not send Meta your answers to the qualifying questions.
If you fill in one of our forms inside Facebook or Instagram instead of on this site, Meta collects your answers and passes them to us, and this policy applies from that point on.
You can control cookies in your browser settings and adjust how Meta uses activity from other websites in your Meta ad preferences. Meta’s handling of what it collects is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.
This site also uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and a replay of the session — so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks what you type into form fields by default, so your answers are not shown in a replay. Microsoft’s handling of that data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
How long we keep it
We keep applications, complete or not, for 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you become a client, your information moves into the records we keep for that relationship, for as long as the agreement and the law require.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. We answer within 30 days, whichever state you are in, and do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection and held in company accounts with access limited to the people who review applications. No website can promise perfect security; if your information is ever affected by an incident, we will tell you.
Children
This site is for business owners and their staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
